A motivational exercise: Thing-a-Day

Artwork — January 28, 2009 @ 10:57 am

I have again signed up for the Thing-a-Day project.  As usual I am anxious about the idea of making something every single day for a whole month.  But excited because previous years have been quite productive.  In 2007 I completed the 28 Days project and last year I collaborated with Klaus Fruchtnis – a collaboration that still continues as our Cross Urban project.

As most artists, I have many unfinished projects, and many ideas I want to start but just haven’t found the time.  So, stay tuned – if everything goes well, February 2009 will be a productive month (keeping my fingers crossed on that promise.)

UPDATE: See the new work I’ve produced: Voicemail Diaries and [Imagined] Layers

(Oh, and if this sounds at all of interest to your procrastinating, unmotivated yet creative side, join me over at Thing-a-Day!)
